EU chief says Ukraine needs air defence, wants countries to send soon to expire interceptors

Ukraine is running low on air defence as Russia keeps hitting cities. If those interceptors aren’t used before they expire, they’ll just sit in warehouses. Getting them to Kyiv could blunt a lot of the missile barrage.
