Anthropic gets 90 mins to curb foreign access after jailbreak scare

They had to act fast, limiting overseas use of Fable and Mythos models after a possible jailbreak popped up. Anthropic says the flaw isn't enough to justify a full ban and is pushing back on the export rules.
