Netherlands, Germany, Greece join US Pax Silica to loosen China's AI supply hold

India already signed up for Pax Silica earlier this year. Now the Netherlands, Germany and Greece are joining the effort. This could help spread AI chip production beyond China and make the supply chain less risky.
