OpenAI teams up with Broadcom for its first AI chip called Jalapeño

Looks like OpenAI finally got its own silicon to run ChatGPT smoother. Built with Broadcom, Jalapeño is aimed at cutting inference costs and making advanced AI more accessible. tbh, it's a sensible move given the chip shortage hype.
