Delete your Imagine This data

Imagine This has no accounts. The app uses an anonymous guest key, so your data is tied to the app on your phone, not to your name, email or number.

In the app

Open Imagine This and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my app data, then confirm.

This deletes, straight away, the photos you uploaded, the images made from them, your requests and your guest key from our server, and clears the app's storage on your phone.

Without the app

Everything on our server is deleted automatically: photos, images and requests within seven days of upload, the guest key within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes everything on your phone. To ask us to delete your data sooner, write to abhishek@snipv.com with the approximate time you used the app; we reply within 30 days.

What is kept

Images saved to your gallery or shared with other apps are outside the app and stay until you delete them. If you reported an image, a copy of it and your report are kept for up to 90 days for review; reports do not record who sent them, so they cannot be traced back to you.
