In the app
- Open My Dear Krishna and go to the Account tab.
- Open Advanced at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
It happens straight away.
Without the app
Email abhishek@snipv.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the mobile number you signed in with. We confirm it is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your mobile number, email and display name.
- Your conversations with Krishna.
- Your saved verses and reading progress.
- Your voice usage.
Reports you made about Krishna's replies are kept for review, with your account removed from them.
