In the app
- Open Shri Ram and go to the Account tab.
- Open Advanced at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
It happens straight away.
Without the app
Email abhishek@snipv.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the mobile number you signed in with. We confirm it is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your mobile number, email and display name.
- Your conversations with Krishna and with Ram.
- Your saved verses and reading progress.
- Your voice usage.
- Our record of your subscription. A running one is cancelled so it does not renew.
My Dear Krishna and Shri Ram share one account, so deleting it in either app deletes it in both.
Reports you made about Ram's replies are kept for review, with your account removed from them.
See the privacy policy for everything we collect.
