Terms of Service

The service helps you learn from Hindu scriptures. You can ask questions by text or voice and get answers from an AI guide, read scriptures such as the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, and use daily meditation tools. Downloading, reading, text chat and meditation are free.

The guide is an AI. Its replies are generated by language and speech models, are not scripture, and can be wrong. They are not religious, medical, legal, financial or professional advice. For matters of health, law or safety, ask a qualified person.

You must be 18 or older. You can use the service as a guest, or sign in with your mobile number or email to keep your conversations and saved verses across devices. Keep access to your phone number or email secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Premium is a subscription that gives you a much larger daily and weekly allowance of voice: hearing the guide speak, and speaking to it instead of typing. Your current allowance is shown in the app under Account. One subscription works in My Dear Krishna and Shri Ram on the same account.

• Price: ₹699 every 3 months when you pay by UPI or card in the app, or the price Google Play shows (currently ₹700 every 3 months) when you pay through Google Play.
• Trial: new subscribers paying by UPI or card may start with ₹1 for the first day. When it ends, the subscription starts at the full price unless you cancel first.
• Offers: we sometimes run limited-time offers. The app shows the offer price before you pay, and a subscription started at an offer price renews at that price.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every 3 months, charged to the payment method you authorised (a UPI AutoPay mandate, your card, or your Google Play account), until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. Renewal stops and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. See Refund & Cancellation for how to cancel and when we refund.
• Price changes: if we change the price, we will tell you in the app before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before the next renewal.

Premium is a digital service, unlocked in the app as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. Payments by UPI or card are processed by Razorpay, and Google Play payments by Google; we never see your card, UPI or bank details.

Please do not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful to others;
• try to get around the voice allowance, sign-in or payments;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or access it with bots or automated tools;
• attack, overload or try to break into our servers.

If a reply is wrong or inappropriate, tap the flag under it to report it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period.

The service, its design, artwork, audio and narration belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may share verses using the share options in the service for personal, non-commercial use. Your questions remain yours; you let us store and process them to run the service, as described in each app's privacy policy.

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change, and features may be added or removed. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use the service means you accept it.

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
